| THE LAUNCH TORREMOLINOS - Spain (before-during-after) 🔆 Status : almost finished, except for the custommade table tops and chairs (in production) Concept: The area of Carihuela is known for its fishers history, meanwhile the soul of my design (reference: a 40 year old handmade 3d painting ) Project : renovation, new concept & menu We all know Spain is the country of Siesta's , an exotic Spannish language, hot weather, beaches and Fiesta's... -> “a different country, different rules, a different approach’’ - in other words ; an absolut challenge! Im very thankfull i’d recieved this one 💯 because in my perspective exactly thát combination •a challenge and passion 🔥• provides the best creations! The Launch in Spain, Torremollinos, is wellknown for it’s cozy and open character. Visitors from Marbella and surrounding surely know the Launch since it has great history with an unique formula since 1975. Famous guests as Julio Iglesias and Antonio Banderas regularly took their visit. Yes, a loved place. 🔆 Many visitors are attached to the old formula of the Launch and closely connected to the previous owners ('ons kent ons'). My goal was to keep the wellknown formule while refreshing the space with a new approachable Carihuelan jacket! With pulling and pushing, taking a little risk here and there, working from a distance, travelling up and down, collaborating with local, Chinese as Dutch suppliers, budgets and limited period of building time; we managed to create a cozy and defintely balanced restaurant for old ánd new customers. Super proud of all the people who participated in this project and worked with nothing but -passion- for their contribution of The 'new' Launch.
